Two horses, Apache the paint gelding, Paprika the Bay Quarter Horse mare, reside in our pastures and barn. Ranger, our shetland pony has gone on to teach another little buckaroo about horses and is having a fantastic time.
Apache and Paprika came to us as 2 year olds, and have grown up nicely.
Both come when they are called and are more than willing to get a carrot or other treat any time. We rarely ride so the horses spend their time keeping each other company, eating and playing in the pasture.
